We have a resource, who is unable to see their timesheets. They are part of the necessary group on our end, All Clarity Users, in the UI. We have only identified this one user with the issue, but it is blocking them from a high priority function.

Component : CA PPM SAAS TIME MANAGEMENT
The "Track Mode" setting on resource's page was set to "None", but it needed to be set to PPM, after that user is able see her timesheets now.
