ConnectionProfileFailure for PII Scan of CUSTOM classifiers after 1.5 hrs of processing

Issue/Introduction

We have 2 schema for which we are scanning for PII

·         Schema#1:  Project1 – 29 tables

o   Successfully scans for USA and COMMON PII Classifiers  (~ 41 minutes at 10% scan level)

·         Schema#2:  Project2 – 1313 tables

o   Successfully scans for USA PII classifiers (~ 24 hours duration at 20% scan level)

o   Fails to complete scan for COMMON or for COMMON and USA PII classifiers  after about 1.75 hours of processing

o    Output from Job Request panel:  Output Connection profile TempPROJ2PII failed: Index: 0, Size: 0

o   I have not been able to locate any logs to evaluate further.

Environment

Resolution

Installed TDMWeb-4.8.193.0, reran the test, verified the results, and generated a valid accurate report.  Please contact BC Support for this patch or later if you are encountering this error.
