Issue/Introduction

We're installing an Agent for SharePoint, the service starts "correctly" but the following errors are seen in the log :

 at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:748)
Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\CA\Agent-for-SharePoint\agentframework\bin\smerrlog.dll: Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform


The software package we used is "ca-spagent-12.52-win32"

Exception history:

How can we fix this ?

Environment

Release : 12.52

Component : SITEMINDER -WEB AGENT FOR SharePoint

Resolution

There is no  64bit SharePoint Agent.
   
When running  JVM 64bit,  install a 32 bit agent and configure agent for SharePoint with 32bit JVM.

ca-spagent-12.52-win32, is a standalone application and it should not run on the SharePoint Server.  Also SharePoint server needs IIS.
And SharePoint agent cannot be installed on a machine where SharePoint server is running.
