Issue/Introduction

Steps on how to submit suggestions to improve / ERQ. If Clarity is working as designed, but you would like to change to the behavior, you are encouraged to post ideas/enhancements regarding the Clarity application.

Resolution

1. Nominate a voting representative from your company (only one representative from your company can be nominated).
2. Once nominated, your name and email address will need to be sent to [email protected]
3. You will then be provided access to the site: Clarity Innovation. You can do the following from this page:
   • Create and view submitted ideas
   • Check on the status of ideas

Do You Have New Product Ideas?

Use the CA ideation process to submit an idea or an enhancement request. The ideation panel discusses all the ideas or enhancement requests on a monthly cadence.

The Clarity Idea Site is available only to the organization's voting representative. Submit the Clarity Customer Innovation Panel form to nominate your voting representative.
