Spectrum/UIM 9.20 Integration stopped working after Spectrum upgrade from 10.2.3 to 10.4.1

Issue/Introduction
When we upgraded Spectrum from 10.2.3 to 10.4.1, the alerts from UIM 9.20 stopped flowing into Spectrum.
We noticed the after the Spectrum upgrade; all of the UIM alerts previously visible in Spectrum disappeared
We were able to open the config for the Spectrumgtw v8.67 from Admin Console and Test connection to the OneClick server was successful, This returned an OK.

Cause
This issue is seen with spectrumgtw 8.65 and Spectrum UIM Services 8.65 which are not compatible with Spectrum 10.4.1
Resolution
Deploy Spectrum UIM Services 8.67 package and the latest spectrumgtw 8.67 Hotfix available in "CA Unified Infrastructure Management Hotfix Index" page
