ASM - Account credentials clearing after running test.

Issue/Introduction

SFTP monitor for Process Inbound Traffic.  We performed a password update and now the username appears to clear each time that we want to save the settings and run the test.  We got confirmation on our SFTP server; getting errors stating:

sshd[30908]: Failed none for invalid user  from <ip_address> port <port number> ssh2

 

Attempted to build a new monitor and added the old credentials (after app owner rolled back) and monitor still showing access denied.

Cause

Wrong credentials provided by the App team

Resolution

Use the correct credentials.
