Q ABOUT 14-DAY EXTENSION OF LMP CODE FOR CA SOLVE:CPT

Issue/Introduction

Cust sent us this question:

We have an LMP code for SOLVE:CPT (ZD) in siteID format that expires March 31st. But at the time of STOP and START of SOLVE:CPT
it showed that it expires April 14th.

We would like to know if these 14 days are an extension of the LMP code or anything else.

Our Support colleague assisted us with the answer--sent to customer:
-

I checked with our Common Services support group and was informed that keys are always generated with a
buffer. So the actual expiration date is approximately 2 weeks after what is shown on the key that is provided.
