Inventory shows the Operating System Details correctly . 



IG40 Shows the information correct.

Environment

Release : 14.0 

Component : CLIENT AUTOMATION

Resolution

Please perform below steps on Domain Manager.

1. Caf Kill all

2. CamClose , Cam stop

3. Take a backup of OSconfig.xml from ca\dsm\agent folder( On domain manager). 

4. Delete the file. 

5. I have attached OSConfig.xml file to this issue ftp. ( Copy this file from other domain manager Agent Directory or open a case and request from Support. ).

6. Paste the file in same location on Domain manager. 

7. Caf Start

Now the machines with unclassified will be removed.
