Issue/Introduction

Description:

Does WAAE generate an SNMP trap if both databases in a dual server environment are not synchronized?

Solution:

The ALARM DB_PROBLEM (523) is generated when the databases are not synchronized:
The DB_PROBLEM alarm indicates there is a problem with one of the databases

Following messages are written in th eevent_demon log file:
CAUAJM_I_40245 EVENT: ALARM ALARM: DB_PROBLEM

CAUAJM_E_10620 Return values from dual database writes disagree. Databases may no longer be synchronized. ID[80] ESA[1] ESB[-13]>

Then the following trap is generated
AS_DbProblem {1.3.6.1.4.1.791.3.2.1} 6 523 u 5 1 "Error Events" Computer Associates (Autosys) specific: $S $* SDESC aproblem with one of the autosys databases has been detected EDESC

523 is the trap identifier of this snmp trap
