Issue/Introduction

ASM  is down. No tests for scripted monitors are running since 14:15 EST on March 31, 2020.

Environment

Release : 10.1

Component : CA APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR (WATCHMOUSE)

Cause

The issue was caused by the Cassandra Database outage due to a Third Party hardware resource. Unfortunately, the data lost cannot be retrieved. It maybe reflected in the weekly / monthly reports as well. 

Resolution

Per Engineering the issue is fixed on the Third-Party Vendor side.
