Issue/Introduction

When running the OC installer I'm seeing the error below:


InstallAnywhere 
Please select another location to extract the installer to:

Environment

Release : DX UIM  20.4.* / 23.4.*

Component : DX UIM / OC Installation

Cause

The iso image downloaded from Broadcom Support portal might be corrupt.

Resolution

Download a new ISO of the same installer from My Downloads - Support Portal - Broadcom support portal
