Instructions for obtaining technical support for the Symantec Integrated Cyber Defense Exchange (ICDx)  product.

Resolution

The Integrated Cyber Defense Exchange product is not available to open a case for directly because it is an integration feature specifically related to other products. To open a support case, please open a support case via the Broadcom Support Portal https://support.broadcom.com/ and select the associated collector support product from the Product selector:
 
 
Once the case has been opened, update the case to reflect that it is related to the Integrated Cyber Defense Exchange software so the appropriate support teams are involved.
