Error during UIM 20.1 installation

Issue/Introduction

Trying to install the UIM 20.1 version in a Windows Server, but the installation process is failing at some point after DB config, something with java.

 

Error under installation log:

Environment

Release : 9.X

Component : UIM - INSTALL

Server: Windows Server 2016

DB - MS SQL 2017

Cause

Customer was extracting the iso file on his machine, and then uploading to the target server...that was the issue.

Resolution

Uploaded the iso file to target server and extracted there, and was able to get the files correctly.

Installation worked smootly.
