Issue/Introduction

The agent is successfully started according to the IntroscopeAgent.log. However, I am not seeing anything in the Investigator as the Agent is not active.  So now, I need to add something to the Agent configuration to "activate" it, so metrics appear.  I don't know how to make the Agent Active = 'true'. 

 

Here are the last couple of lines from the log file:

Resolution

Since it is a SaaS Agent connecting to a 10.7 EM scenario, set the compatibility flag for the Agent to connect properly. (introscope.agent.connection.compatibility.version=10.7. Then the flag will change to true and the agent will be Active.
