Issue/Introduction
After restoring production database and running documents index commands users are still unable to search. Our documents are stored in the database.
Environment
Release : 15.5
Component : CA PPM INTEGRATIONS & INSTALLATIONS
Resolution
In the given environment there were 2 servers clustered and one of the servers did not have same NAS location for Index Directory in the CSA.
Also Use Synchronous Indexing was only checked on one of the nodes.
After correcting both of the things mentioned above and restarting app services users were able to search for documents.
