Customer provided us with these problem details:

We are sending you the log of NetMaster after bringing the STC up until the errors that come in the log at the
moment we open the MTC-NM on the alert monitor screen (#monitoring-alertMonitor). That message comes
to us as well when we try to use the resource monitor (#monitoring-resourceMonitor). After we get this error
message (on the bottom of the page) we are still able to navigate on MTC-NM. It is like there is no data to
show on that page.
