Issue/Introduction

Customer provided us with these problem details:

We are sending you the log of NetMaster after bringing the STC up until the errors that come in the log at the moment we open
 
the MTC-NM on the alert monitor screen (#monitoring-alertMonitor). That message comes to us as well when we try to use
 
the resource monitor (#monitoring-resourceMonitor). After we get this error message (on the bottom of the page) we are
 
still able to navigate on MTC-NM. It is like there is no data to show on that page.

Customer sent us these remarks following a NetMaster L2 Support documentation request:

Since the Firefox--the browser that hit the reported problem--steps to collect documentation are different than on Chrome--the
 
browser that the doc was requested for--we installed Chrome to collect it and the problem did NOT occur on it.  Then
 
we tested it on MS Edge and the problem did NOT occur on it either.
