Issue/Introduction

Customer provided us with these problem details:

We are sending you the log of NetMaster after bringing the STC up until the errors that come in the log at the
moment we open the MTC-NM on the alert monitor screen (#monitoring-alertMonitor). That message comes
to us as well when we try to use the resource monitor (#monitoring-resourceMonitor). After we get this error
message (on the bottom of the page) we are still able to navigate on MTC-NM. It is like there is no data  to 
show on that page.

Resolution

Customer sent us these remarks following a NetMaster L2 Support documentation request:

Since the Firefox (the browser that hit the reported problem) steps to collect documentation are  different than on 
Chrome (the browser that the doc was requested for) we installed Chrome to collect it but   the problem did NOT
occur on it. Then we tested it on MS Edge and the problem did NOT occur on it either
 
Note: NetMaster L2 Support was able to reproduce the problem in Firefox--based on the information provided by
customer--and it will be fixed in the future.
