Issue/Introduction

Multiple windows server are not responding interface polling. It seams to always collects cpu/memory. Some times it is just Out traffic missing and sometime both.

Resolution

The high Speed counter OID's do not exist in the MIB so we cannot assign/use the high speed vendor certification. Using the low speed  counters causes the counters to wrap and the missing data points. 

 

Microsoft does not support the snmp agent any longer so there is not update to provide the 64 bit counters.
