CA UIM Restmon probe monitored QOS alarm is not getting generated

Issue/Introduction

We tried multiple test with alarm time thresholds (TOT) and the alarm is never generated. The QOS data does get generated but an alarm is never seen.

 

 

Environment

Release : 9.0.2

Component : UIM - WEBSERVICES_REST
Unified Infrastructure Management

1) UIM server version: 9.02

2) Restmon probe version:1.39

3) Controller version 7.96

4) MCS version on the primary-> 9.02

5) Hub version on the primary -> 9.02

6) Hub version of the hub the restmon robot reports to -> 9.02

Resolution

Please ensure your robot (controller) is on 7.97 HF9 or higher.
Hotfixes Policy-management-ws-0.2.2-HF3.zip and Controller (Robot) 7.97 HF9 resolves the issue.
