RC connection to VDI not on session 0

Issue/Introduction

Connecting to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) the screen is not on Session 0.

Resolution

Try a RC connection with a custom connection:

Hostname$domain\username)

or 

hostname$1 (where 1 is the session ID of the user, also try 0 and 2)
