Issue/Introduction
HTMl Portlets with embedded tablue links stopped working in Chrome. They still work in other browsers.

Cause
This is Caused by a security upgrade of the SameSite attributes on Chrome Browser 80 version.
This update ensures two things.
1. Cookies/Sites that don't specify a SameSite attribute are treated as SameSite=lax.
2. Cookies without samesite restrictions should be set as secure, otherwise they are rejected.
Resolution
The ideal solution is to set SameSite=None and Secure=true on the destination website (Ex :- https://tabluea.com).
As a temporary workaround you can do the below steps to disable this on Chrome browser.
- Open a new tab in chrome. In the URL type chrome://flags
- Search for samesite.
- Set "SameSite by default cookies" and "SameSite without SameSite must be secure" to disabled.
- Relaunch Chrome.
