Error CEM0805E occured when started CEMMON

Issue/Introduction

 

Started task CEMMON was producing  the following error messages and the task couldn't be started.

CEM0805E Not Authorized to DB2 resources - ECACMZOS RC = 00000008 RSN = 00F30034
CEM0805E Not Authorized to DB2 resources - ECACMPEI RC = 00000008 RSN = 00F30034

It seems the CA CEM is not authorized to use a DB2 resource.

Resolution

Granted the access to the started task ID as below and the issue has been fixed.
GRANT EXECUTE ON PLAN CEMEM1PL TO CEMSTC
