Issue/Introduction

After installing CA SPOOL MVS package Release 14.0 successfully the following FMIDs are installed:

CBQ4E00, CCSRE00, CE0CE00, CFD3E00, 

which is a little bit different to the FMIDs of R12 as below,

ASARB75, CBQ4C00, CCSRC00, CE0CC00, CFD2C00, CFD3C00

Is this normal and is it necessary to install other parts in order to cover the missing FMIDs (ASARB75 & CFD2C00)

Yes, this is normal behaviour, as R14 implements Java transformers as opposed to the AFP C transformers in previous releases.
 
No, there are no additional parts to install as they are no longer relevant in r14.
 
Also
When upgrading to r14 it is required that any AFP transformers are migrated to Java transformers
