Unable to run Autosys jobs on shadow

Issue/Introduction

After encountering a failover condition, users are unable to perform actions within WCC. The following errors are seen in the WCC-services.log file:

In WCC

On the configuration tab, your server definition needs to have both the primary and shadow server FQDN, IP address, or shortname (however you are resolving hostnames).

Example:

 

In config.$AUTOSERV (Unix/Linux) or config.%AUTOSERV% (Windows), you need to have both the primary and shadow servers defined to the AutoServer parameter.

Example:   AutoServer=lvnprod007262.bpc.broadcom.net,lvnprod007263.bpc.broadcom.net
