"Clear" status alarms showing in UMP dashboard designer dashboard

Issue/Introduction

 

A dashboard created through dashboard designer shows "clear" alarms.

Environment

Release : 9.2.0

Component : UIM - UMP_DASHBOARD

Resolution

The display will show "Clear" when there are no alarms for that device that match the alarm filter.

So, it is not "clear" for a "clear alarm", but it is meant to say that are no alarms for this device.
