Getting the following error message: "Error: could not convert socket to TLS" when sending an SMTP email with Output Management Web Viewer and TLS v1.2

Environment

• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
• IBM WebSphere Application Server
• TLS 1.2

Resolution

SO12392 Cumulative Build 204.  Apply the latest build for all maintenance and vulnerability solutions.

For Websphere, specify the JVM argument listed below in the servant region.
