DUAS: DQM Logical queue Maximum Job Limit not respected.

Issue/Introduction

When several thousand jobs with an execution time of 1-2 seconds are submitted at the same time with uxsubjob, the Logical queue does not respect the maximum Job Limit.

Cause

The job limit of a generic queue may not be respected if this queue is using remote physical queues.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

The Logical queue and the associated Physical queues are on different machines and are all started.
