Unable to download or missing Product

• CA Test Data Manager (Data Finder / Grid Tools)

Issue/Introduction

We have obtained license for the component "CA Test Data Manager Data Source Type MULTI-PLATFORM". When I try to download this component from the download section it is getting redirected to the page where I can see only vTDM.

Resolution

• In CA TDM like 4.8x and 4.9x all the necessary components are bundled in to one package called full package. Repository details are included in a package called "TDM repository kit".
• The CA TDM components that are installed (CA TDM portal, GT DataMaker, GT Subset, Fast Data Masker , GTEDI, Javelin) has everything bundled it in which is good enough for working with CA TDM.
• Mainframe add on can be installed from the products downloads page
  CA TDM Data source type is vTDM now and this can be installed if it is needed. As their are no changes in vTDM installer from 4.6 version and required separate license, this package is excluded from full package and added to "CA TDM Data source type"
• Team can proceed to use the software, in case if we face any issue please raise a support case.
