Can we remove Pending Actuals for Inactive Resources outside timesheets?

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to clear pending actuals without going through timesheets for a resource that is inactive/no longer working with the company?

Environment

Clarity Version 16.2.x, 16.3.x 

 

Resolution

If the pending actuals, the only way to delete the pending actuals would be through the timesheet:

• Identify the user(s) who have logged time to the task.
• Go to Home > Timesheets 
• Locate the open or submitted timesheet where time was logged, ensure you need to have global rights or resource manager of the resource who have pending actuals.
• Recall (if submitted) or remove the task/time entry.
• Once all time entries are removed, go back to the task and the pending actuals will be removed.
