Issue/Introduction
Adding a new Metric to an existing Metric Family and Vendor Certification.
The new Metric is added in the Metric Family extension.
When using a REST call (PUT) to import a Vendor Certification extension to add the Attribute and expression for the new metric, the follow error is seen.

<statusMessage>The request supplied an invalid XML payload.</statusMessage>
<errorText>Error on line 10: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'IsKey'. One of '{DefaultValue, AttributePersistenceStrategy, AttributeTypeExtension}' is expected.</errorText>

Cause
Incorrect Vendor Certification internal name used in extension XML code.

Resolution
Ensure both the Vendor Certification internal name in the URL used to PUT the extension, and the name set in "<FacetType name=" are the same.
