Issue/Introduction

The CEMEIVP1 job revieves the error: SQLCODE = -117, SQLSTATE=S158B, DB RETURN CODE = 15(139)                    

MESSAGE = RAAT/CBS ERROR: CMD=SELFR TBL=PLN DBID=00002 KEY=PLNKY RC=15 (139)

Cause

The return code (139) indicates some type of security violation. TSS audit report showed: xxxx E211169 CEMEMUF UNICNTR FAIL 40 DBSMAPR READ NONE *08*-88 S005302 RESOURCE TYPE & NAME : DCTABLE CEMEMUF.DB03550.MCC

Resolution

TSS Security added the CEMEAPRF profile to the customer's ACID and it corrected the failure.
