Cause
The return code (139) indicates some type of security violation. TSS audit report showed: TCHA E211169 CEMEMUF UNICNTR FAIL 40 DBSMAPR READ NONE *08*-88 S005302 RESOURCE TYPE & NAME : DCTABLE CEMEMUF.DB03550.MCC
