To have this change made, please open a case with Broadcom Support. To help expedite your request, make sure that the information below is provided in the case:
- PSC Approval: Approval for this request from PSC (Primary Support Contact)/Senior approval (via e-mail, screenshot). If there is no existing PSC, your Account Manager can provide approval in the approver's place
- Details for each account user you are requesting a modification/add/exclusion for:
• Action be executed: Add/Edit/Remove
• Full Name
• Email address
• Phone Number
