Issue/Introduction

Description:

Environment: Tandem agent 11.3.1 on HP Integrity NonStop

Problem:

  1. When we try to access the std_out_file on the tandem agent through WCC It is throwing the error message.

CAUAJM_E_10682 Requested log file for the specified job could not be found.
E135001 There was an error trying to load the log: CAUAJM_E_10682 Requested
Log file for the specified job could not be found.

  2. When we try to retrieve spool file from native tandem agent from the AutoSys CLI, It is throwing the below error message:

    [[email protected]]$autosyslog -J TEST-KTBD -t O
CAUAJM_E_10682 Requested log file for the specified job could not be found.
CAUAJM_E_50138 No agent files found for job TEST-KTBD.

Solution:

The CAOPTS looks like this:

<<< CA WA Agent for HP Integrity NonStop 11.3.1 Parameters>>>
CA-Product : CA WA Agent for HP Integrity NonStop 11.3.1 Executables-Volume : $SRCT CAIGLBL0000 : $SRCT.CAUNIEXE CAI-EXE : $SRCT.CAUNIEXE HOST-FILE-LOCATION : $SRCT.CAUNI SPOOL-FILE-DELETE : N SPOOL-FILE-EXPIRY : 10D SPOOL-SLEEP-TIME : 1D SPOOL-AUTO-CLEANUP : N JOBLOG : Y JOBLOG-AUTO-CLEANUP : N WLA-AGENT-NAME : KTBD CAI-LOG-SUBVOL : CAAFMLOG LOG-ROLLOVER-SIZE : 95300 CAI-TRACE-SUBVOL : CATRACE CAI-DATEFMT : mm/dd/yyyy CAIMESSAGE : $SRCT.CAMSGAME TCPIP-HOST-FILE : $SYSTEM.OPERATE.HOSTS TCPIP-PROCESS-NAME : $ZSAM5 CAI-TCPIP-HOSTNAME : KTBD ca-opera-node : KTBD caopr-ems : type F, collector $0, filter $SRCT.CAUNIEXE.CAFILWLA, TARGET CAConsole : $CACON CAI-MSGReader : $CACON CAOPR-EMS-NAME : $CAEMS CAI-LOCAL-NODE : \KTBD CAI-OPR-CONFIG : $SRCT.CAOPRCFG CAI-CONLOG : $SRCT.CAOPRLOG CA-OPR-SAF : Y CAISCHD0001 : $SRCT.CASCHEXE CAISCHD0002 : E CAISCHD0006 : $SRCT CAISCHD0008 : $SRCT.CAWLACFG CAISCHD0010 : 1000 CAISCHD0030 : 20 CAI-CAMSGF-OPRDIRECT : Y WLA-PASSW-REQUIRED : Y

The WLA-PASSW-REQUIRED variable specifies whether the agent has permissions to set the proper user ID jobs are run under. You must set the WLA-PASSW-REQUIRED environment variable to N in CAOPTS when working with CA Workload Automation AE for spool file retrieval to work properly.
