Encryption Management Server administrator login names are case sensitive

Issue/Introduction
You cannot login to the Encryption Management Server administrator console even though you enter the correct username and password. The following message appears:
Invalid Login
The credentials that you have entered are incorrect or your account may be locked. Try again, check your mailbox or contact your System Administrator.
A Notice entry similar to the following is written to the Administration log:
Administrator [UNAUTHENTICATED USER] from 10.11.12.13 Failed login attempt for Administrator "Admin" from 10.11.12.13

Environment
Encryption Management Server 3.3.2 MP13 and above.
Cause
The user names for administrator accounts are case sensitive.
Resolution
When creating administrator accounts, try to avoid using mixed case for user names.
