domain spectrum account is trying to login nonstop and gets locked

We're seeing that oneclick is trying to login using domain account, while we only have local spectrum account created and not using domain spectrum account
Spectrum will only query the AD/LDAP host for authentication. ProcessD can also be configured to use an AD account from Windows.
The likely culprit when this is happening are REST calls made to the OC server using the wrong password. Localaccess logs on the OC server can be reviewed to determine user ID used and error code returned.
