How Can I force disconnect to a user session?

Issue/Introduction


When a user is working through VPN and is having disconnections because of poor network, he cannot reconnect immediately having message:
"SON02 ACCOUNT ALREADY SIGNED ON TERMINAL W422" 

Is there a way to force disconnect that user sessions?

Resolution

CA Roscoe has a command to flush users, here is a sample:

From Roscoe:
 ROZAP FLUSH KEY=xxxxx,F

From Consol:
 F roscoe,FLUSH KEY=xxxxx,F

Please review the System Commands Guide and start at section 1-4. In addition section 2.11.3 has the complete syntax of the command required.
