Issue/Introduction

cabi_external 4.10 fails to start

Error in cabi_external.log

Controller: Probe 'cabi_external' FAILED to start (command = ../../..//bin/java.exe -Xmx256m -Xms64m -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError -Djava.library.path=../../../lib -jar cabi_external.jar) error = (2) The system cannot find the file specified.

Component : UIM - CABI

Cause

The cabi robot had the cryptkey parameter missing in the robot.cfg

Resolution

Add the cryptkey parameter to cabi robot's robot.cfg and restart the robot
