Rally - On-Premises: LDAP authentication still works with LDAP or Rally password for users

Issue/Introduction

After moving to LDAP for authentication, the previous Rally passwords are still usable.

Environment

Release : 2.0

Component : API FOR AGILE CENTRAL

Cause

There is a period of time where both the old Rally password and the LDAP credentials can be used by users that existed prior to moving to LDAP.

Resolution

In this scenario, once the passwords have expired, they will no longer be usable.  Rally passwords can not be reset while LDAP is in force as the authentication mechanism.
