Clarity: Unable to edit the Timescale Value attribute in Project List Page

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce 

1. Login to Clarity with adequate rights
2. Navigate to Project List Page 
3. Create a Time Scale Value attribute by Selecting Detailed Planned Cost attribute  on Project list page using the below information listed in the image

   4.  Save the same and return back to Project List page 
   5.  On the Project List Page try to edit the newly created Time Scaled Attribute and you will not be able to edit the same

Cause

The attributes chosen in the above Timescales value is actually fetching it data from Object Cost Plan and Cost Plan Details and even though Allow Editing check box is provided the application will not allow to edit, rather you should go to cost plan and cost plan edits if you need to edit these values. 

Resolution

Navigate to Project cost plan and cost plan details page to edit any financial related Timescale attributes
