Issue/Introduction
In spite of changing the start date of a task, it will be reverted.
Start is 2019/07/07
Change Start to 2019/07/03.
Start will be reverted.

Cause
The timesheet for this task was posted and adjusted actual to 0.
Environment
Release : 15.6.1,15.7.1
Component : CA PPM APPLICATION
Resolution
Once actual of task was posted, Start date will not be editable(read only).
After adjusted actual of this task to 0, Start will be editable like as below.
In this situation, if update Start to any date, it will be reverted to original date.
