Issue/Introduction

Issue: Trying to filter /attach a CI to the change order. We have 6 CIs with the same name , "Visual Studio Professional"and Alt CI ID with different Versions.
How to select the desired Alt CI ID to attach the Change Order?

Environment

Release : 17.1 and above

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

I resolved by using the "Alt CI ID" field in the filter before searching the "Visual Studio Professional" CIs, since this is a work as design behavior.

This way, the selection brings me only the Visual Studio "2019 V 16.0".
