Is there a specific reason for the settings in InitNIKU.ORA in the documentation? 

Resolution

• The InitNIKU.ORA  recommendation is just a sample of what we used to test with. These are not required settings, and any of these can be reset to anything your DBA thinks is most appropriate.
• Here is what it says on the Clarity PPM Oracle section:
  • The following samples are the recommended parameter settings. However, you can adjust the settings according to your environment.
• Same is applicable to Data Warehouse.
