Exporting a complete List of Favorites does not work OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

User has set up favorites list in OM Web Viewer. Trying to export a complete list of reports from favorites to the users PC.

The export starts exporting reports and OM Web Viewer seems to be skipping small reports.  Not all reports are exported.

 

Environment

Output Management Web Viewer 12.1

Resolution

We never allowed, nor tested, multi-report Exports. That function is not supported.
