Issue/Introduction

User has set up favorites list in CA OM Web Viewer. Trying to export a complete list of reports from favorites to the users PC.

The export starts exporting reports and Web Viewer seems to be skipping small reports.  Not all reports are exported.

Component : CA OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Resolution

We never allowed, nor tested, multi-report Exports. That function is not supported.
