Rally: The bottom of the pages get cut off when using Chrome 78

Issue/Introduction

The bottom of the page gets cut off and double scroll bars appear. This occurs in several pages like: "User Stories" and "Portfolio Items".
This issue does not allow to see the pages numbers and # per page

Environment

Release : 2018

Component : AGILE CENTRAL

Cause

Chrom 78 causing the issue.

Resolution

Update to Chrome 79, 80 or later from here.
