new safdef records not appearing in SHOW SAFDEF command in ACF2

Issue/Introduction

A new CONTROL(GSO) SAFDEF record was inserted into the ACF2 database but it does not appear in 
a SHOW SAFDEF command in ACF2 command processor .

Resolution

After adding or changing a CONTROL(GSO) SAFDEF record 
an F ACF2,REFRESH(SAFDEF) command is required to activate the new records.

Additional Information

A REFRESH command is required for any updates to control GSO records.
The command can be issued as F ACF2,REFRESH(recordid)
or F ACF2,REFRESH(ALL)
