Unresolved black pipes connected to Container OPRs in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

On one landscape, we repeatedly see unresolved pipes connecting a device to a container model.
The error can be reproduced by loading the SSdb.
Deleting the false Seems_Adjacent_to associations usually temporarily solves the issue, but they get recreated upon a SpectroSERVER restart.

The "show associations" command will give a description of the various relationships.

Environment

Release : 10.3.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

10.03.02.D66 was built for this problem.

REQUIREMENTS

SPECTRUM 10.03.00 and 10.03.02 are the prerequisites for installation of this patch.
This patch needs to be installed on both SpectroSERVER and OneClick Server.
