User is getting error, “Upload failed, please try again.” when trying to upload a file to a flow.

Resolution
A browser plugin (extension) caused a conflict with file upload.
This can be confirmed by logging into Flowdock in Incognito/Private mode where the file upload works correctly.
Disable plugins until you identify the one causing the issue. That plugin should be investigated, uninstalled or left disabled for file uploads to work correctly.
