Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : CA Deliver

Resolution

As there was a problem in module RMOCPTM, with a S0C4-10 condition, that indicated a possible corruption of the Deliver Checkpoint file.

The client performed the following:

. Ran a backup of their checkpoint file (using IEBGENER with output DCB=(RECFM=F,LRECL=4096,BLKSIZE=4096).
. Ran a RMODBASE MAKECKPT EMPTY.
. Was able to then successfully start the RMOSTC task.
