Devices are still created when using the SysOID attribute in a discovery filter to exclude devices from being modeled

Issue/Introduction

Using the discovery filter with the System Object ID not equal to 1.3.6.1.4.1.29719.99 filter still creates the devices even though the System Object ID matches the filter.

Environment

Release : 10.3
Release : 10.4
Release : 10.4.1

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

The SysOID attribute is not included in the $SPECROOT/tomcat/webapps/WEB-INF/adisc/config/attr-config.xml file. 

Resolution

The issue can be resolved by editing the
($SPECROOT\tomcat\webapps\spectrum\WEB-INF\adisc\config\attr-config.xml) with the following changes:

A Spectrum Tomcat restart is required after making the change.

This will included in the attr-config.xml file by default in 10.4.2.
