What jobs in Clarity will not show up in Job Logs section of Clarity?

Issue/Introduction

• What jobs in Clarity will not show up in Job Logs section of Clarity?
• Is there a way to enable log for these Jobs?

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

The following jobs are excluded from job logs:

• Batch Printing
• Time Slicing (From 16.1.2 onwards logs are enabled for this job). Please see Logging enabled for the time slice and time slice sync job
• Post Timesheets
• Restore Domains
• Remove Job Logs and Report Library entries

Tip: If you go to Administration->Data Administration->Reports and jobs and click on the jobs there, you'll see that 'ENABLE LOG' is unchecked and grayed out for jobs that fall in this category. It is not possible to change this to enable logging.
